Over the past year, OUMA has had the incredible privilege of dressing a growing number of remarkable women for some of the world's most celebrated red carpets and events. From Hollywood award shows to international galas and music industry stages, seeing our designs worn by women who inspire us has been both humbling and exciting.

While OUMA was founded with bridal at its heart, our eveningwear collections have become a natural extension of our design philosophy—creating pieces that evoke emotion through movement, craftsmanship, and thoughtful details. Each woman brings her own personality to a gown, transforming it into something uniquely her own.

Christine Chiu at Gold Gala 2025

One of the highlights of the year was creating a custom look for Christine Chiu for the Gold Gala 2025. As a philanthropist, entrepreneur, producer, and prominent advocate for Asian representation, Christine embodies confidence and elegance.

For the occasion, OUMA designed a bespoke gown that balanced modern glamour with sculptural femininity, celebrating both the significance of the event and Christine's powerful presence.

Lainey Lui at the Oscars 2026

When television host and entertainment journalist Lainey Lui stepped onto the Oscars red carpet, we were honoured to be part of the moment.

Known for her sharp voice, cultural commentary, and fearless perspective, Lainey represents a modern woman who embraces individuality. Dressing her for one of the world's most-watched red carpets was a milestone that reflected OUMA's continued evolution beyond the bridal space.

Laila Biali at the Grammy 2026

We were also thrilled to see Laila Biali at the Grammys 2026 wearing the red Cris from OUMA.

As a celebrated Canadian singer, songwriter, and pianist, Laila brought her signature artistry and sophistication to the red carpet. The bold red Cris gown was a perfect complement to her presence, creating a look that felt both striking and timeless.

Kristin Villanueva at the SAG Awards

The Screen Actors Guild Awards celebrate excellence in film and television, making it a fitting stage for OUMA eveningwear.

Kristin Villanueva brought elegance and confidence to the red carpet, showcasing the effortless sophistication that defines so much of our design approach. Seeing an OUMA gown among Hollywood's finest was an unforgettable moment for our team.

Lauren Alaina at the Academy of Country Music Awards

Country music star Lauren Alaina wore OUMA to the Academy of Country Music Awards, bringing her signature warmth, charisma, and stage presence to the look.

Known for her powerful voice and authentic connection with audiences, Lauren perfectly embodied the balance of glamour and approachability that inspires many of our designs. The energy, movement, and drama of the gown came alive under the lights, creating one of our favourite red carpet moments of the year.

More Than a Dress

While every event is different, what connects these moments is the women wearing the gowns.

At OUMA, we design for women who appreciate artistry, craftsmanship, and self-expression. Whether walking down the aisle, stepping onto a red carpet, or celebrating a milestone moment, we believe clothing should evoke feeling and tell a story.

Seeing OUMA represented on some of the world's most visible stages reminds us why we create—to help women feel confident, beautiful, and entirely themselves. As we continue to grow, we're excited to dress even more inspiring women and create memorable moments together.

We can't wait to share what's next.
