1. How do you hear about OUMA and where did you find your dress?

I found my dress at Lovely Bride DC and I was instantly drawn to the Ouma dresses, because they were stunning and had a fun whimsy feeling. I am a big tulle and texture lover and I wanted a dress that felt unique and like "me."

2. How do you know 'Serena' is the ONE? How did you feel when you put it on?

I had one more dress to try on after the Serena and didn't want to take the Serena dress off... I tried on my last dress and just wanted to put the Serena dress right back on. It just felt like "me."

I finally felt like a "bride." Other dresses felt like I was playing dress up, but the Serena felt like my dress when I put it on.

3. What was your experience shopping for your gown and any tips for other brides?

I had a great experience with Lovely Bride DC - I tried on 5 gowns before saying "yes" to the Serena. My advice: Pick the dress that feels like "you." Forget about "functional" or "practical" and pick what makes you feel fabulous. A massive tulle train isn't "practical" but I have never felt more fabulous and "me" as I did on my wedding day.

4. Pick one of the most memorable moment on your wedding day and share with us.

When our band played "Pink Pony Club" and the entire dance floor was packed belting out the song. I spent all night dancing around in 4 inch heels and was having such a good time, I didn't want to miss a moment by stopping to change my shoes.
