Windswept Elegance: The Story of ZARA

Introducing the ZARA dress — a sculptural silhouette made for the modern romantic with an edge.

This design was inspired by the idea of tension and release — the quiet drama found in contrast. I wanted to create a piece that felt both architectural and fluid… almost like a piece of wearable sculpture.

The style is a marriage of our beloved best seller Serena and the pleated tulle fabric seen on the Zephyr. We brought the waistline down to a dropped basque waistline, but kept the fully boned bodice in the organic draping with the pleated tulle. More than that, we added a hidden corset inside to cinch you in and gives you the snatched hourglass look.

The movement of the skirt reminded me of wind brushing across water — powerful, but serene. I wanted the dress to feel alive when it walks.

Zara pairs best with clean, modern accessories — think sculptural earrings, a low chignon, and an ethereal matching scarf. It's a piece that invites you to be intentional with every detail.

For the bride who walks her own line between softness and strength… Zara is a statement not easily forgotten.
